At Timemore, we stand by the precision and quality of our coffee brewing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship to Timemore

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
